1. Creator responsibility

You must only upload material you own or for which you have a sufficient license or authorization. This includes videos, music, images, documents, trademarks, and third-party contributions.

2. Notice of possible infringement

Send your notice to soporte@uplylearn.com with the subject line “Derechos de autor UPLY” (UPLY Copyright) and include: identification of the protected work; the exact location of the material in question; your contact details; a statement of good faith; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative; and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Removal and response

We may remove or temporarily restrict the material while reviewing the notice and will notify the creator when appropriate. The creator may submit a response or counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law.

4. Repeat infringement and false notices

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe rights. Deliberately making false statements may result in liability; if you are unsure about an exception or license, consult a professional before sending the notice.
